OEM and ODM service?
We provide OEM and ODM services to all of our clients.We welcome any design and requirement from client, we can also provide color box, labels, cloth bag, plastic parts etc every kinds of spare parts of the toys, with one-stop service, help you to save your energy and time of sourcing.
How long is the product lead time?
Delivery time
-Sample Order :7 Days after receipt of the full payment.
-Stock Order: 7-10days after receipt of the full payment.
-OEM/ODM Order: 45-65 days after receipt of the deposit.
Products Warranty?
We guarantee you will be satisfied with our products. If any broken parts, pls send us detailed photos by email, and then we will send you the replacements according to actual conditions.
Is the material environmental?
All of our materials are eco-friendly, including imported beech wood and rubber wood, and also domestic birch, bass wood,MDF,Plywood and pine wood. The paint and ink is safe and non-toxic for kids. We can also provide FSC materials.
How about the sample policy?
Customer need to pay the cost of courier. Sample costs will refund to you upon mass order.
